We believe these uses allow us to improve our Site and better tailor it to meet our users’ needs.
We do not sell or otherwise transfer your details to any third parties. The only exception to this is when you are using our secure online donation pages you are going through to a secure payment provider approved by the banking industry.
We will not provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing, however, we may on occasion work with third parties to contact our donors and supporters about Ummah Welfare Trust, however the third party would be bound by a confidentiality agreement which would prevent them from using this information for any other purpose. Further, they must process the personal data in accordance with this Privacy notice and as permitted by the GDPR, the Data Protection Act 1998 and subsequently the Data Protection Act 2018 (subject to royal assent), the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and the E-Privacy Regulations when it comes into effect.
